Pick your spotlight training session
Advanced Training
Swim twice daily Monday - Friday, 8 am & 4 pm. (1 hour workout each) in all 4 competitive strokes, using interval training, speed work and continuous distance swimming. Session is excellent for Competitive swimmers and Tri-athletes of all abilities who are committed to training hard for the week.
Fees: $200* Canadian Funds ($50* per workout) - Payable prior to the first swim.
Freestyle Stroke Improvement
Swim twice daily Monday - Friday, 8 am & 4 pm. (1 hour workout each) designed on creating new and improved freestyle through a mix of drills and interval training, and some speed work. This group is excellent for Distance Swimmers & Tri-athletes.
Lifesaving Pool specific
Swim twice daily Monday - Friday, 8 am & 4 pm. (1 hour workout each) using fins, rescue buoys’, line throw and freestyle through a mix of drills and interval training, and some speed work. This group is excellent for Pool Lifesavers.
Lifesaving Surf specific
Swim everyday at 10am in Ocean or Bay. (1.5 hour relaxed session) will concentrate on surf, paddle board, surf ski, rescue and surf techniques. This group is excellent for Surf Lifesavers, Tri-athletes and Open water swimmers who want open water surf & ocean experience.
Fee: $150* Canadian Funds ($35* per workout) - Payable prior to the first swim.
* Fees and charges to access Islamorada’s Founder Park and Pool may be less based upon accommodation location (mile markers are from 90.9 to 72.6) and proof of residency.
